All at the Pain Relief Foundation would like to thank the amazing NHS staff for looking after us. We must remember these  people also have families and elderly loved ones who also need care but these people are putting YOU first.

Please do not be selfish stick by the rules stay at home and don’t be greedy when shopping for essentials there is enough for everyone, by doing this we will get through this.
